Meet Randy Capps!
Randy Capps is a long time pen pal of mine for the last 10 years. He was serving life at Washington State Prison, and was able to get his conviction over turned and should be released on another 10 years. I used to drink a lot and after speaking to Randy I decided to quit drinking in May of 2016. At the time of this writing I have almost 10 years clean. I’d love it if someone could reach out and show Randy some love. He’s a good dude, a loyal and incredible friend. Meet Elijah Martinez!
My name is Elijah Martinez. I’m currently incarcerated in Oregon. I parole 10/27/2026!
I’m looking for a pen pal to build real connection and positive support as I prepare for release.
I’m from Portland, Oregon. I know my face tattoos can be intimidating, but I’m actually calm, respectful, and kind. I enjoy learning, growing, and staying focused on becoming better every day.
Before incarceration, I worked in food service at a meat packing plant and eventually moved into a plant manager role. I take pride in working hard and leading responsibly, and I’m looking forward to rebuilding my life when I get out.
This time has changed my perspective completely. I’ve left my old mindset behind and am focused on building a better future. My long-term goals are to start a nonprofit for at-risk youth, build something meaningful through entrepreneurship, and surround myself with positive opportunities.
I’m also looking forward to getting out and building a family with the right woman one day, and I’m open to making new friends, business connections, and like-minded people who are growth-oriented.
